Terrible customer service. Drove all the way downtown only to be told they are strictly business-to-business. I asked why they couldn’t mention this over the phone, and the guy just shrugged and said, "uhhh yea." Complete lack of respect for people's time. Go to any other gemologist in Vancouver instead.
