I am a part time driver (retired). I took company trucks in for alignment. Appointment was kept and they were very courteous to me. But make sure you are on time or early because there is a big demand for their alignment stall.
Last year on May 30th 2024 I had an appointment to get 4 new tires installed on my truck. I purchased online and Goodyear recommended Gem City tire for the install. Worst mistake of my life. I got my tires installed then I noticed the installer coming into the shop by the counter talking to people. Then noticed everyone going out to the shop looking at my truck.
