Last year on May 30th 2024 I had an appointment to get 4 new tires installed on my truck. I purchased online and Goodyear recommended Gem City tire for the install. Worst mistake of my life. I got my tires installed then I noticed the installer coming into the shop by the counter talking to people. Then noticed everyone going out to the shop looking at my truck. Fast and professional! We got an alignment done my truck holds on a dime now!
No one people in Tire and alignment. I had 22 Peterbilt 389, they did on mine and i very impressed with work quality and commitment. Definitely recommended.
Came to this place to get tires done waited a whole day till the am to have 4 used tires put on after 3 hours of working on this we made it an hour down the road till 2 out of the 4 tires blew out already!!!!
