Fantastic surgeon, Dr. Bates especially. He took great care of me and his staff are top notch and kind too! You will be in great hands with GCS!
If you need anything surgical done I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee and Dr. Bates. They took EXCELLENT care of me before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Lee has excellent bedside manners and is very straightforward and clear with what he intends to do so there are no surprises. Thank you Dr. Lee and Dr. Bates!!!
Extremely rude office staff, hung up on me over the phone. I never came back here.
My husband had an appointment here and we were told to be 5 minutes early. We ran into stopped traffic due to an accident on top of it already being a 30 minute drive. We called numerous times to try to let them know we were going to be late but the answering machine said the office was closed. I explained this when we got there 10 minutes late and they made us reschedule! When I asked why we couldn’t get through on the phone she stated they don’t turn on until 8:30. Listen up folks Dr. Michelle Degroat is in the surgery room doing God”s work. I really RESPECT her as a physician, person, & as an entity that helps further the advancement of medicine She is definitely patient centered.. She did an amazing job on my surgery & it was a very complicated, intense surgical procedure. This is MY SHOUTOUT TO YOU! My surgery was June of 2024 & I’m doing fantastic! Thanks again..
