I've bought two houses and sold one with Danno (and some support from Eric as well) and could not be happier with the experiences. I greatly appreciated the approachability, expertise, flexibility, and communication. These guys go above and beyond, which is all the more apparent to me after working with other realtors in my new area who are definitely of much lower caliber.
Really friendly at first but apparently its all an act to scam you out of your deposit. They charged me for a fire extinguisher which was not even my responsibility to maintain. Said the microwave plate was missing and it was clearly there when I moved out. Place wasn't very well built in the first place and tryed to bring up things that were never addressed by them. Long story short, I wouldnt recommend them to anybody.
