Wayne was fantastic to work with! Super easy to work with and didn't feel like they were trying to get one over on me. Bought a used truck and had a small issue come up. Wayne made sure we were taken care of and didn't shy away from making sure everything was okay. Great experience! Wish more places were like this!
WOW! Honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction does still exist! I alway say the mark of a good business and/or good people is not how the handle the good or easy, but instead how they handle adversity. Drove from MN to purchase from Gem City. On the way home our used vehicle had an issue that nobody could've predicted. Instead of saying, "sorry you bought a used vehicle as-is", Wayne, Nate, and Derek all went out of their way to make sure I was taken care for by another Chevy dealer in Mandan, ND.
