If you’re looking to purchase a new truck Wayne and the crew at Gem City are your people to see. I have received nothing but superior customer service from Wayne and the entire crew there. Poorest dealership I've ever been to salesman just sat on the computer and said my vehicle wasn't worth much never got out of his chair acted like he was better than the customer all there vehicle's were the best I could have took out in the lot and showed him all kinds of things wrong with his vehicle's but good luck at getting him out of the office poor excuse for a chevy/gmc dealership

I am absolutely disgusted with Derek, the salesman at Gem City Motors. I drove from out of state with the sole purpose of looking for a new car. I came in on a Wednesday and Derek said that he would get to me by the time I had to leave on Saturday. I did stop in the following day just to check in. Derek passed me twice in the dealership and never spoke to me once. I had to find out from someone else that it wasn't going to work out for me. That was fine. And I totally accepted the outcome. Wayne was fantastic to work with! Super easy to work with and didn't feel like they were trying to get one over on me. Bought a used truck and had a small issue come up. Wayne made sure we were taken care of and didn't shy away from making sure everything was okay. Great experience! Wish more places were like this!
