I alway say the mark of a good business and/or good people is not how the handle the good or easy, but instead how they handle adversity. Drove from MN to purchase from Gem City. On the way home our used vehicle had an issue that nobody could've predicted. Been looking for an suv for my wife. Stopped by Gem City today and looked at some Suburbans and Yukons. Ended up trading in my wife's truck for a 2018 Yukon XL. This was by far the easiest, no fluff, no bs, pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. We couldn't be happier. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, efficient and professional.
