I am absolutely disgusted with Derek, the salesman at Gem City Motors. I drove from out of state with the sole purpose of looking for a new car. I came in on a Wednesday and Derek said that he would get to me by the time I had to leave on Saturday. I did stop in the following day just to check in. Derek passed me twice in the dealership and never spoke to me once. I had to find out from someone else that it wasn't going to work out for me. That was fine. And I totally accepted the outcome. Wayne was fantastic to work with! Super easy to work with and didn't feel like they were trying to get one over on me. Bought a used truck and had a small issue come up. Wayne made sure we were taken care of and didn't shy away from making sure everything was okay. Great experience! Wish more places were like this!
WOW! Honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction does still exist! I alway say the mark of a good business and/or good people is not how the handle the good or easy, but instead how they handle adversity. Drove from MN to purchase from Gem City. On the way home our used vehicle had an issue that nobody could've predicted. Instead of saying, "sorry you bought a used vehicle as-is", Wayne, Nate, and Derek all went out of their way to make sure I was taken care for by another Chevy dealer in Mandan, ND.
