We took our truck in and they diagnosed it and got the part in a couple of days later and went back it took less than 2hrs and now our truck is running better than ever! THANK YOU GEM CITY MOTORS
Been looking for an suv for my wife. Stopped by Gem City today and looked at some Suburbans and Yukons. Ended up trading in my wife's truck for a 2018 Yukon XL. This was by far the easiest, no fluff, no bs, pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. We couldn't be happier. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, efficient and professional. I swore I'd never finance a vehicle again but this experience was awesome and if I ever do buy another one, it will be from Gem City motors. Thank you Gem City.
Pretty Pathetic… I was looking for an SUV. I’m disabled. All the cars and SUVS are locked. Yet I called on the phone in their lot to inquire. They said referring to us people as Dogs. We don’t chase dogs. This is a small town he said . Well if your open and offering trucks and SUV’s for sale. You should come out and ask - Hi I’m the salesman. Can I open one of these for you. Their website is horrible. Pop up every 10 seconds asking for information and you have to constantly close it just to see their inventory. I feel like I'm at the dealership already being pressured. Find a car dealer that doesn't push.
The absolute worst dealership/service department I have ever been too. Dropped off our work truck to have them fix it and all they did was change my oil and fix a tire. They told me I need a whole new radio. I also asked them if they could change the battery in it because it just died after a couple hours and told me they don’t have time. So needless to say they lost me and the company as a customer……
