My grandmother had this company do her roof years ago. Once Gem City had installed the roof there were some issues pertaining to the installation. Once it was determined there were in fact installation issues Tony from gem City came out with a crew and completely redid the whole roof. The roof has been on for over 5 years now and there has been no issues at all. It is my experience with this company that they have accountability and they stand behind their work.
