Tony and his company are a first business and also pro veteran. They installed 8 new glass block windows in an east Dayton concrete basement. A perfect install with excellent customer service and zero issues. Excellent price and quality too! Highly recommended.
We have had gem city glass block work on more than a dozen properties over the last 3-4 years. they have always done a great job & and Tony has always been helpful & attentive to our concerns.
Regarding Gem City Home Improvement out of Dayton Ohio. For years my girl friend's basement was filled with 2 to 6 inches of water after every heavy rain. Not only was this ruining her washer, dryer, heater furnace and personal items but as her teen age son lives down there, I was afraid that he or my girl were going to get electricuted! Don't use this company unless you want the run around. Very unprofessional! First the appointment was for 11 when they didn't show, i called them. The lady said they don't schedual appointments at that time and changed it to 2. Then the general manager, Tony ******* sent an installer named Jimmy instead of himself coming so he could do some concrete instead of doing his job to give an estimate.
