Payment issues. The office was supposed to go through my insurance since I paid my copay. Not surw what happened, but i was contacted nearly a year later asking me to pay nearly 400 dollars (hadn't been there in months, i had switched to a different facility). The man who called said my insurance wasn't responding to him. So I called the insurance and they answered right away with a new customer service number, which I gave to gem city to call and communicate with insurance and was assured it would be taken care of.
