I purchased an 18K yellow gold ring with 0.18ct diamonds from Gem by Carati on Jan 30, 2026. I was not informed at the time of purchase that the store’s policy is “exchange only, no refunds.” When I attempted to return the ring because it didn’t meet expectations, they refused to provide a refund. While the ring itself is well-crafted, the lack of transparent disclosure of return policies is unacceptable and left me frustrated. Future buyers: confirm the store’s policies before purchasing.
