Lovely, lovely people working here. Excellent customer service and beautiful jewellery. Thank you for helping us with our little girl’s watch and replacing her watch battery.
Cannot recommend Gem enough. Justin designed my engagement ring and wedding band. My wedding band was especially sentimental as I wanted to incorporate my late Oma’s diamonds. Due to the shape of the marquis, he designed it slightly bowed and it fits so perfectly. Gem is a very welcoming place as well and are always willing to work with your budget (here’s looking at you, Michael Hill and your $30,000 engagement ring minimum). So incredibly happy and will be a lifelong customer.
