I took my watch in for resizing and I was quickly helped. Within 20 minutes it was done, and it fit perfectly.
I took my watch in to get the battery replaced, and was told come back in 15 minutes. I did, and when I came back, they said they didn’t have the right sized tools to replace the battery. So it’s still 3:19 for me. Everyone there was super pleasant and nice…but I needed my battery fixed

I purschased a new Tissot watch on line last week and they sent me a watch with a dead battery, Justin response is unfortunatly we have no way to know how long the battery will last. just replace it at your expense.
