Had an absolutely amazing time at the Gem Addict Workshop!!! Booked a workshop for a Tuesday night at 6pm, my partner and myself were the only people there so we got wonderful one-on-one care from the staff members Rylee and Alexa. Both were very kind, patient, and clearly knowledgeable with the process of the stamp band rings we made. Planned on coming here for months because I knew the shop was only open one day a week 10-8pm. (Based on the Google Maps info) Found the building up stairs , completely dark, and locked at 12:20 in the afternoon ? I don’t like leaving bad reviews but kinda bummed out especially since I drove down from northern Peoria to check this place out :/ *(Double checked the website too just in case I had misread something, the website gives the same hours.) Wondering if there’s an update where you have to book in advance ?
The ladies were great at explaining and helping us build our rings. Highly recommend. Ive gotten so many compliments and so I tell them where you are and how they help you build them!
My friend and I went while we were visiting Phoenix for a concert, and the girls that were working that day were so sweet and helpful! We took the whole workshop time we booked, and they never rushed us and even all sat and chatted with us. The rings we made were also so cute and it was overall such a great time! My friend was even able to get some permanent jewelry done after our workshop. Thank you to all the girls that were working that day for making it such a fun and comfortable experience.
