Truly awful beef sandwich. After 30 min and $18.73 later I picked up one of the worst beef sandwiches I ever had. This price included the $1.50 up-charge for cheese which I initially thought they forgot, but no it was just barely there. The beef was so dry thought it was cooked in the midday sun (would explain the 30 minutes to make a beef sandwich). The meal did include decent fries (all 14 of them). Drive from Kouts every other week for the pizza
Portions are shrinking. I know I know. Everything is getting more expensive and that gos for ingredients restaurants buy. I get it but….. $16.00 for the beef sandwich and they barley cover the bottoms with fries. And that’s even after ordering on the phone mentioning to them how they skimp on the fries drives me bananas. Then to my surprise (should’ve read the menu apparently) $1.50 for mozzarella and $1.50 for Giardiniera? So $19.00 total for a sandwich that’s about 1/3 smaller than it was 6 months ago and literally one cup... read more
