Very detailed and thorough. I'd recommend for anyone buying a house.
I had a different experience with Gelsick Home inspection. I did not believe the inspector was very knowledgeable regarding home inspection. His report included infrared photos supposedly used for leak detection. There was no temperature scale associated with the picture nor any information regarding the emissivity and resolution of the device used.
