I was extremely upset to learn that Gelman and Associates has not released my funds held in trust to my lawyer, who has gone on to open her own legal practice with 2 other partners. Gelman and Associates were aware that I would be following my lawyer as she has been active in my case for almost a year, and I completely trust her to advocate for me. I clearly stated that in an email response to their firm when they asked me if I was staying with them or following my lawyer. It has been almost 1 month and my funds are not tran... read more
