What a terrible doctor. Completely rude! When I called to talk to him and get some answers he was very dismissive and didn’t even let me finish talking and just handed his phone to his receptionist. When I was on the phone with the receptionist, all I could hear in the background was him saying “no” and not even listening to me. Dr. Geller is an excellent surgeon. Did my mother's mastectomy, and then a few years after that, I had a mastectomy. He was great and would recommend him to family or friends. He also did my gallbladder surgery, and all went well. He's a great doctor!!!!
Genuinely the worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Gellers office has screamed at me on the phone, refused to give vital information related to my surgery, failed to file updated insurance information resulting in a battle to avoid a medical bill meant for my insurance, and then cancelled my surgery follow up appointment day-of despite my concerns that my surgery may have become infected, when asked what I should do concerning the situation, the office was entirely unhelpful. Seek help elsewhere. Geller said my son needed hernia surgery only to remove a fatty mass of 2 cm. Staff and my family were not made aware hernia surgery was not performed. The swelling he got by the end of surgery day was the size of a grapefruit and 12 pages over 4 days went unreturned. We couldn't even find out if he needed to go back to the ER. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. IM WRITING THIS IN HIS OFFICE FOR THE FOLLOW UP. We've been here waiting for 56 minutes. Should have his license revoked.
Doctor Geller is the kindest surgeon I’ve ever met. He has taken GREAT care of my mom.
