Gellco has one of the worst customer service from a business I have ever seen. Myself and the rest of my family will be taking our business elsewhere. That elsewhere, will be a small gun shop that goes above and beyond their call of duty. Corporation businesses think they are above customers. I will tell you this when y’all go bankrupt and close your doors, don’t blame the economy, blame your customer service 😡😡😡

My husband and I went there August 8, 2019 to order him a pair of steel toe timberland shoes. We ordered them and paid for them. They said they shoes would be here in 7-10 business days. Two weeks later on August 22, 2019, we call them to see if they have received the shoes. They said they haven't and they tracked them and said they would be here tomorrow.
