Dude back in boots was great the chick at the front counter hates her job, and customers. Talked down about the shoe guy and to me. I called a couple friends who knew exactly who I was talking about and said the owner knows she does it. My next pair won’t come from there. If the owner wasn’t aware and might address the problem I wouldn’t even bother with this. Read the reviews I’m not the only one.
Worst customer service ive seen in any bow shop ive been to, they dont know what they are talking about and ive learned more from youtube and other local businesses than they could ever tell you 😠, i bought arrows with tips and the tips and knocks we not glued in and i paid $20 each
Bought a pair of Aristotle work boots in January. The liner is coming loose in one of them. Went to the Rogers store and was informed that they had changed their warranty in May and couldn’t help me. The warranty is the only reason I spent $240 on a pair of boots there. Never again.

You may reach out to the Brand directly. It is their warranty on their product. Covid has caused some changes to in store policies and most brands are handling their own warranties during these trying times.
