First time there my set of nails was done poorly .. And my recent visit which is my 2nd time, ended only after being there maybe 5 minutes. The lady claimed policy was I pay first thing before services were even started because my total exceeded $100. Because I wasnt impressed last time I wasn't gonna pay unless everything went well/after the job was done. She told me I had to pay first so I left

Nope! You ever just know somebody is talking about you? That's this place. I don't have to understand the language to catch on. Every suggestion I made was met with rolled eyes and laughter from fellow workers. Bad service. Rude. Will never spend my hard earned dollars to be disrespected.
