You cannot put a value on customer service. Nancy Hoyle has given us superior service. We learned a valuable lesson that the grass is not greener on the other side and to not mess with a good thing. We have been with Gelfand for many years and then we tried bundling with our credit union to try to save a few bucks. It was a fiasco!
