The doctor was polite, but I left disappointed with the care I received. I came in because I believed I had a corn. Before starting, I was reassured multiple times that the procedure would not hurt. Instead, tissue was removed from my toe until it began bleeding. Only then did the doctor say it appeared to be dry skin rather than a corn. I had a pleasant experience in Gelbmann podiatry. Doctor and staff where amazing, very attentive and professional. Loved the customer service provided by staff Jacqueline! She was very helpful and professional answering questions I had. Overall a lovely experience!
