Just had my 3rd visit at Gelbman Podiatry and I'm really happy with the results. The admin team is super nice and helpful and they always remind you about upcoming appointments so you never miss one. Big thanks to Bianca who's always friendly and on top of things. Would definitely recommend if you need a podiatrist in Chicago
I had a great experience with Dr. Gelbmann and his team. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to carefully review my condition and explain every step of the treatment process. His calm and reassuring approach made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office staff was professional, efficient, and very friendly, making the entire appointment run smoothly. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received and would confidently recommend Dr. Gelbmann to anyone looking for outstanding Podiatry care.
Dissapointed in their services; they never contacted me with lab results despite saying it should only take a day or two and I had to call to find out they were sitting on them for a week. Had me schedule for an expensive treatment not covered by insurance, but could not tell me the success rate or how long the treatments would be required. The doctor was polite, but I left disappointed with the care I received. I came in because I believed I had a corn. Before starting, I was reassured multiple times that the procedure would not hurt. Instead, tissue was removed from my toe until it began bleeding. Only then did the doctor say it appeared to be dry skin rather than a corn.
