Amazing Gelato I love ice cream, but am also lactose intolerant, so finding icecream alternatives that still have the same great taste is a serious pastime of mine. Gelatimo not only has amazing gelato options to choose from, but serveral tasty non-dairy flavors. If you love ice cream, you will love gelato from Gelatimo.
Delicious gelato downtown! I love their choices and the taste of the gelato is incredible! They have the authentic Italian flavors and gelato style. Lemon and raspberry and both great, and so is the coffee flavor. The staff is also really nice. The only real problem is ...which flavors to choose today???
Pretty good gelato for outside Italy Gelatiamo's gelato is a little on the sweet side, and their selection has diminished since just a few years ago. Still, they strike a balance between being "too crunchy with ice" like Procopio's and being way too heavy and creamy like at Bottega Italiana. They have a nice selection of Italian pastries to complement, as well.
Excellent local sweet shop... When we are having a rough day at work in downtown Seattle, my entire department will head to Gelatiamo for 3 pm break for a fabulous gelato. We love this place. The pastries are also excellent, and in the opinion of an Italian man I work with, rather authentic. I have also ordered tubs of gelato from them and gelato cakes for various celebrations. Everything is excellent quality. It's a local shop with local owners, and the whole place was renovated recently.
Recommendedmy favorite flavor gelato is Marsala Wine Custard! Have an espresso and gelato or maybe Afogato!

AMAZING customer service today! Searched “bakeries that deliver” in the downtown Seattle area and their name popped up. I needed a treat delivered to my husband at his hotel for his birthday since he was working and we couldn’t be together. Jon went above and beyond and even delivered it himself so it was waiting for my husband when he checked it. Highly recommend!!
