Not very friendly at all. Both times the tech was on her phone. This last time every single one of my nails cracked in half with a structured gel manicure. Not sure if it's the quality of the products or the application. A little cheaper than most but now I see why.
I have been going to their salon for about 2 years now. Everyone who works there is very friendly, great service, and truly are always making sure their customers are happy!
I had the best experiences at Gel Nails and Spa! I have been many times and honestly all of the technicians are amazing. I love getting pedicures and they do nail art so well too. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone.
Honestly for a $40 pedicure, id think it’d be much nicer … Jenn sucks. my toes still have skin that wasn’t cut off. Didn’t push my cuticles. Didn’t scrub but used a battery powered thing. Barely any massage. I’m actually really disappointed
I love coming to this place. Yanelys and the other girls are very welcoming. I don’t like to feel rushed, and I appreciate that she takes her time with me. I understand the owners want a quick turnaround to accommodate more customers, but for me, this is a place to relax and talk about my day with my nail tech—that’s what it’s all about.
