Nails all popped off like cheap press ons after a week despite the fact they’re acrylics and I didn’t even do anything that warranted them to do so
I’m from out of town and wanted a pedicure- I should’ve known better on a Sunday afternoon that nothing of any quality would be open. The people were friendly and I feel bad even reporting my experience… I am a licensed cosmetologist in another state and the state of New York should shut this location down until their sanitation practices are remedied. I have never written a negative review for a salon but I feel others should be forewarned. This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to in my life. It’s extremely dirty and unhygienic. I had an appointment but waited, and while the gentleman was doing my appointment, he was doing multiple other people at the same time. My daughter and I had an appointment as first time customers here today. We were a few minutes early and waited a little bit and did have two walk-ins squeezed in while my daughter sat there with only the tips glued on BUT we are both SO THRILLED with our results!! It was my daughter's 14th birthday and she wanted French tips with 4 different colors. From the sheep, thickness, French tip and special design everything was EXACTLY what she wanted!!
