My daughter and I had an appointment as first time customers here today. We were a few minutes early and waited a little bit and did have two walk-ins squeezed in while my daughter sat there with only the tips glued on BUT we are both SO THRILLED with our results!! It was my daughter's 14th birthday and she wanted French tips with 4 different colors. From the sheep, thickness, French tip and special design everything was EXACTLY what she wanted!! I am extremely disappointed and honestly infuriated by the service I received. My appointment was scheduled for 6:30 PM. I even asked if I could come earlier and was told very clearly, “only 6:30 is available.” Fine. So we arrived at 6:25, right on time—and were completely ignored when we walked in. No greeting, no “what’s your name?” or “what time is your appointment?” Just “sit, sit, sit” with no direction. That’s not customer service.
