I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment for two people, but only one of us was seen. My wife was left sitting for over an hour and 15 minutes watching before they attempted to attend to her. This shows poor scheduling and a lack of communication. Our time was completely wasted, and it felt like the salon did not value us as customers. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
