Got me in quick but paid $50 for uneven nails
Went here today for an acrylic removal. Called ahead to specifically make sure they do the soak off removal. I was told yes. Then I get their and she pried 1/2 the acrylic off with a TOOL and it HURT, then soak off only a tiny bit left. She asked if it hurt, then I said yes hurt a bit and continued to keep doing the same thing, and no cuticle oil after the removal when my fingers were dried out from acetone… don’t recommend. Painful. Also not the cleanest or up to date inside.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years, and they never disappoint. I truly appreciate that when I make an appointment, it’s always honored—and on the occasions when I walk in, they still do their best to take care of me quickly. Everyone who works here is kind, professional, and dedicated to making sure you’re 100% happy with your service. I get all my gel manicures and pedicures at Gel Nails, and they always do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place!
Unfortunately really disappointing. They reused dirty acetone to soak off my nails from the client before me! Tried giving them many chances but the cleanliness was a deal breaker for me. Very nice people, but cutting corners to save a few cents on acetone is crazy.
