Love the owners and workers!! Wonderful salon!
Had been going to the same salon for several years and they were under new ownership. Was not happy with the new owners so I tried the gel factory because of an Employee recommendation.. Could not be happier. The place is beautiful. The service was top-notch And the prices were more reasonable than my previous salon.
Experience was eh. But I’m extremely disappointed with how overpriced this place is. I paid nearly $200 for a full UV acrylic gel set (or whatever it’s called), only for two of the nails to break off within a week. On top of that, when I went to pay, they actually questioned why I was tipping “so little.” That is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. They even asked me to ADD MORE to my tip because they felt it wasn’t enough. I’m not completely disappointed with the service itself, but this experience left a bad taste... read more
