Had been going to the same salon for several years and they were under new ownership. Was not happy with the new owners so I tried the gel factory because of an Employee recommendation.. Could not be happier. The place is beautiful. The service was top-notch And the prices were more reasonable than my previous salon.
Experience was eh. But I’m extremely disappointed with how overpriced this place is. I paid nearly $200 for a full UV acrylic gel set (or whatever it’s called), only for two of the nails to break off within a week. On top of that, when I went to pay, they actually questioned why I was tipping “so little.” That is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. Went there twice. The UV Gel don’t even last for two weeks. First time one nail broke after 2 weeks. I went for fill in they charged me $8 extra dollars with $55 fill in price. I went to get fill in because I wanted to give them one more chance. This time again nails didn’t last me more than two weeks now this time three of my nails came off. It is so ridiculous. I feel like they charge so much money and don’t do a good job. I would never go there again!
I recently got my nails done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The technician was so kind and professional, and she gave me the most beautiful pink ombré nails I’ve ever had. The color is vibrant yet natural, and the shape is perfect. I’ve already received so many compliments! I used to bite my nails and was always self-conscious about how my hands looked.
