We just moved out this last month after living there for two years and was not impressed with the new office Lady's. We also had a lot of mildew/Mold in our apartment that never seemed to be taken care of and finally had to move because of the poor living conditions.We have tried to contact higher up several times but never got any response.

I can sum up my incarceration at Gekeler Farms with one word… Gail! Gail is the resident manager at Gekeler Farms and simply put is a tyrant. She is mean, rude and clearly dislikes people. Of the dozen or so fellow tenants I talked to while there, I found one common theme… everybody is treated badly and everybody gets written up. So it would appear that Gail’s management style is through fear and intimidation. So it should come as no surprise that every tenant that I knew could hardly wait for their lease to expire.
