The doctor completely missed my diagnosis which was urgent, probably because he really didn’t seem to care at all to help me. So grateful I got a second opinion and my issue was found so that I could be referred for immediate treatment. I waited an hour in the room for Dr. Burns to come in and literally give short, one worded answers that were not helpful at all. I recommend looking around before choosing this provider. Bedside manner was truly awful.
They took the best care of me! Very calm and very open when it came to asking any questions made sure I was very comfortable the whole time and they were all so friendly. Dr burns is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Did great with pulling my teeth as well both times today and when I got my windsom teeth out. I got my wisdom teeth taken out around august of last year and it was the most traumatic experience. i woke up at the end of surgery while he was still suturing inside my mouth and i started to have a panic attack. i was 18 and woke up with hands in my mouth and my mouth on fire. who wouldn’t freak out? Dr. Burns threw his tools on his table and said “i’ll come back when she’s done” Thankfully the other nurses in the office calmed me down but he was hateful. Do not recommend this place at all.
The staff here is so friendly and professional. I've went to both the Indianapolis and the Richmond location and it's always been a pleasant experience! I've had a lot of bad experiences with local dentists but I truly recommend Dr. Burns! They really take the time to explain everything in detail and they always make sure you're comfortable
