Kathy Spencer is a nasty/rude individual. Very Unprofessional. Brought her attitude up to Mr Art & he stated he is already aware, he’s had several complaints against her. Thinks it’s about time you get rid of her, Art and replace her with a respectful individual that actually enjoys the job. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Definitely don’t recommend making this place your home, can’t even trust your property manager.
The property manager Kathy Spencer has the most foul attitude I’ve ever dealt with. She seems to be bipolar and very disrespectful when talking to potential tenants. Her excuse is always that shes up to her ears busy. Being busy doesn’t grant you to be nasty to people. I even heard her being short tempered with the property owner Art who was actually pleasant. Art if you read this I highly recommend you replace Kathy with a more pleasant , respectful , customer service oriented individual.
