I can honestly say im not impressed anymore their getting worse had them for years. If you have an issue they take your pulse, blood pressure, weight an temperature an push you out the door an they dont bother trying to find the issue. I'm looking elsewhere someone who will take the time an try an find the issue.
Dr Picozzo listens and is very thorough. Goes over all the info in your files and keeps all your prescriptions up to date. I felt very relaxed and appreciated his attention to detail. Never wait long for appointments and the staff is kind and respectful.
Terrible doctor. Discontinued my meds when I specifically told him I need it. Geisenger is an overall terrible agency and the doctors have no clue what theyre doing.
There's always a wait to get in even if you're early for appointments you could be spending more than an hour past the appointment just waiting to get in. And if you get an appointment good luck getting them to keep it they usually cancel it the day of or before the appointment then you have to wait another 3 to 4 months to get in again. Update. They also try to make you feel bad for bringing in your kids when they're sick. That's what doctors are for, loose the attitude and do your jobs
Arrived to my appt. 09:45am... Appointment time 10:10am. Called in with no updates to waiting time. 11:10am or later. I waited with no one updating me more than an hour for my 10:10am scheduled appointment. With ppl being called over and over by the one who finally called me in to my 10.10am appointment at 11.10 to 11.15am????why so long???After ear exam. Was taken to another room.
