Very rude people at their physical therapy. Made comments out loud that were rude and embarrassed the person. Very unprofessional.

If you want to wait an hour after your appointment time and an hour in the room after you are called back just to get told you can’t be treated here or there’s nothing that can be done you found the right place. This place doesn’t seem to have it together and is a last resort.

My former doctor and my PA left the practice, so I chose to see John Carroll PA-C. I was extremely impressed with his demeanor, his knowledge, and his bed-side manner. He addressed every single item to do with my health and maintaining and improving it. I was immediately comfortable in his office. The nurse who attended me was professional and cheerful. The staff checking patients in and out were excellent. This is no longer a facility just for physical therapy. It is now part of Geisinger Jersey Shore. I really wanted an of... read more
