My wife has been calling every week day for over a week now to get STAT testing scheduled for our daughter. We keep being given the runaround. They promise someone will call by the end of the day, and they do not. The one-call staff give false information regarding timing between testing and when/how testing is scheduled. We spoke to a radiology manager yesterday who promised a call back yesterday, which did not happen. When calling back to leave a message for the nuclear med director yesterday, she did not return the call. ... read more
