We saw Dr. Ndum for our child's allergies. She is amazing with children, empathetic, and informative.
Office set up testing, confirming that it was set up. Took a day off work, and took child out of school. Got to office and no test was scheduled. Called to have them fix it and they claim I should be searching for fax numbers to expedite their screw up. I will be complaining formally..
Desk clerk was very rude! It took us 45 minutes to be taken into a room and we have been sitting in a room for 15 minutes still waiting to be seen.
