They need referrals from primary care for subspecialty systems even though the problem is clearly something that needs to be addressed by a specialist. Then their primary care is handled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who might have no clue of the condition and recommend some form of holistic non interventional care for something that might need intervention. What a way to delay healthcare. Rural healthcare is shambles.

Using kiosks for checking in is a sure way to spread germs, confuse patients, and lose the personal communication that should be utilized in family health care. There is never an appointment available when you need one. Doctors are unavailable, rushed and late. Always. They tell you 2 different times to arrive for an appointment and don't care for you as a client. This business is so big that no matter how many complaints people make, there is no change coming to better serve patients. This is the new way and that's that.

Stay away from this place. My daughter went in with a cold. They gave her a a strep test and a covid test. They billed her $2800. We asked why a staff member would not warn her of the upcoming charge, they said "We don't do that"
