We were admitted for a scheduled LTM on children’s after arriving we were told our room on 3 was given away and moved to 2 which isn’t even an LTM room . Then my son fell asleep it’s midnight and still no one has come to hook him up. We were told this would be just one night and the nurse here doesn’t even know if anyone will be coming tonight to hook him up. We had to take off work for this and we have two other children . Dr. Strong is the director for Geisinger Pediatric Neurology. He is leading a failing department. It takes hours and hours on the phone to get help. They're losing physicians. They just order random test rather then doing a physical exam. This led my son to the emergency room. Geisinger's patient advocates just tell you the story they want you to hear. The nurses and Dr's are extremely nice if my review was just on them I'd give 5 but it's not . So let me continue... ROOMS: -5 they jam 2 patients in 1 room to share 1,1☎️,1🧻. It's a room made for 1 patient but yet they pack 2 patients and everything that comes with each patient in 1 room. FOOD: -5 their food is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE 🤢🤮 and I'm not exaggerating either. Just to walk into the geisinger in Muncy they searched my purse. Total invasion of privacy. 40 years of marriage my husband never went in my purse.
I am a patient, of the lymphedema clinic, in Danville. I got to the point, where I received the sleeve and glove. The therapist, who worked with me, wanted to see me, when I got the sleeve. I got a phone call, last Thursday or Friday, that an appointment was available, on 3/17 at 5pm. I was given a number to call. Well, I cannot reach anybody, to confirm that date.
