Worst experience I have EVER had at a Geisinger location. I went in for what I thought would be a simple abdominal ultrasound appointment. MyChart will only give you the department directions from the Abigail entrance which has been under construction for the past several years it seems. I had to go through the Women's Pavillion and ask 3 separate employees for directions to get to outpatient radiology. I am a patient, of the lymphedema clinic, in Danville. I got to the point, where I received the sleeve and glove. The therapist, who worked with me, wanted to see me, when I got the sleeve. I got a phone call, last Thursday or Friday, that an appointment was available, on 3/17 at 5pm. I was given a number to call. Well, I cannot reach anybody, to confirm that date. My father inlaw spent a week here. The BP 7th floor staff was awesome. Compassionate, and caring. Erica, Kira, and Mayrene are perfect fit for their jobs. Thank you

Never had an issue with the hospital itself. Only Valet. Just park your own vehicle to save yourself from rude valet workers. Old man decided to give an attitude while parking due to it being a handicapped van then got rude when we backed up to fit the ramp between the poles even though we had a back up camera. My son was seen in the Danville ER in January for a very infectious bacteria called C Diff. It was documented that his allergies were reveiwed in Triage but NO allergy band was placed on which became an issue when a CT was ordered with contrast WHICH HE IS ALLERGIC to!! Protocol for C Diff is STRICT handwashing entering and leaving his room BUT NO ONE, NOT ONE caregiver washed there hands, even after touching him.
