A nurse showed up for intake only. Otherwise, we were completely on our own even after calling for help a handful of times. No one answered the phone, ever. The manager's number I was given to call (which I did 3 times) never returned the calls. Staff doesn't seem to understand that families need help when a loved one comes home to die.
