Every time I've been here, my experience has been great!! The staff, nurses, and the doctors are very sweet.
I love Dr Bari, she is my dr more than 7 years.
After a rough visit recently with my daughter with an extremely long wait time, multiple visits to the same office for paperwork, I complained. I never complain! I will say they took immediate action and called me personally to apologize. I really appreciated that. I was told that they were planning to regroup and fix some issues in the office. Today I received a hand written letter apologizing again for the poor service and was gifted a handful of sheetz gift cards. I really appreciate the extra effort to make things right.... read more
The nursing staff at this location are totally useless. Everytime my mother in law calls them they pass the request too the doctor. Also when she calls them for refills they don't get refilled for days
