I was at 875 Poplar church rd.,Penn State Health Holy Spirit Outpatient Center for my quarterly labs this morning of July 29th, 2025. It seems that all the bad reviews are of the lab workers. I've met a few mice ones, but unfortunately, they keep giving me people who are very unprofessional. You know, 30 years ago, Penn State Health meant something. I had my lab work done here and the staff was absolutely incredible. I ended up almost passing out and Cindy was so attentive and caring. She made me very comfortable even though I was extremely embarrassed. I would come back here again just to have her as my phlebotomist. Thank you, Cindy.
Great place had my sonar results within the hour
This lab is wonderful, with patient and caring phlebotomists. I wish I could mention each one by name. I have had many draws here and have always been very happy, but today it was my 8 month old son. I was very nervous and scared, the women helped us both feel comfortable and well taken care of. They did a great job!
