My college called geisinger EMS when I was not sick or injured and I stated multiple times I don't need or want any medical services. When geisinger EMS arrived I told them I did not call and refused there services. The EMT told me it I signed his refusal form I would not be charged. I spoke to multiple people at geisinger and no attempt was made to help me with my bill. Disgusting and predatory practices, I will never utilize a geisinger location.
Refused service and they still tried to bill me. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, PREYING ON ACCIDENT VICTIMS, SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW SHADY THIS BUSINESS IS!
i was mad but they actually fixed my issues. i felt like they listened and cared about me. thank you
