Horrible experience if you have an option to go somewhere else you should. I wish my dad was never transferred to this hospital. To the few people who actually try that work at this hospital greatly appreciated but over all the communication and treatment of people who are really sick is horrible. The patients are not listened to or taken seriously when discussing what is happening to them from the nurses to the doctors. Worst experience I have ever had.

We came here at 2:00 PM AND ITS 7:00PM THIS IS CRAZY THE AMOUNT OF WAIT THAT WE HAVE ENDURED HERE , THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE

Only reason I'm giving them a one-star is because it won't let me post a comment unless I give them a one to five if I could give them a zero I would give them a zero. My girlfriend and I were in an accident we got brought in Sunday I was let go that day she had to stay for medical reasons and from Sunday to today wensday March 25 my thoughts of this Hospital have started to drop lower and lower and now that they got her in her appropriate room up in the PCU area my words are about to become very colorful. I was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital for a heart attack. I was first taken the 7th floor. Excellent job and kudos to the staff. The cardiac center were professional and a real efficient dept. My last day there was on the 3rd floor heart unit. The nurses and office people sounded like a party was going. Loud laughing and generally most unprofessional performance I have witnessed in any Hospital. You are there to heal and have a restful place. That wasn't the case. Overall I received good care. DO NOT Go this ER if you have a history of drug use, the second they find out, especially the dr, the way they treat you will change so drastically it will be palpable. Suddenly your there to fish for drugs and they're dying to call CPS. Trust me if you want to be treated unbiasedly do not go here!!!
