For the ER. From the Registration staff, to the Nurses, and the Provider, the care was superlative. We were from out of state and experienced a medical emergency. I can honestly say that this was the best ER visit I have ever had.
Waited 7hrs in waiting room just a heads up for everyone.
They need more doctors in this place or something!! Waiting three hours for a toothache is ridiculous! I heard people saying they have been waiting 5 to 9 hours for whatever they’re here for. That is absolutely insane!!!! I have never ever waited this long at a hospital or an urgent care. You need to get your shit together.!
NEVER have a scan at Holy Spirit. They can't find a vein, they keep you waiting, they don't return calls. They kept me waiting 30 minutes behind schedule with no explanation. The contrast solution was in a bottle that neither I nor any of the staff could open without a knife. Two nurses dug at my veins in both arms. (I never had a problem at outpatient CT places.)
