I have had negative experiences every time I walk in the door and even over the phone. They are so negative and mean for no reason. I have left feeling guilty and down for no reason. I do not feel listened to whatsoever and I have to specifically ask for various trials of things to figure out what is wrong. Not the doctor concerned and requesting tests, I have to ask myself. I have had multiple extremely negative experiences with Dr. Lisa Bollinger. She does not communicate or explain enough throughout the appointments I've had with her. She assigned me a lab during my checkup that I paid for out of pocket, despite asking whether it would be covered by insurance. Lisa also did not communicate that this lab would only give accurate results if you fasted beforehand and did not ask me to fast, therefore the results were costly and useless.
