I have never in my life seen the this type of lack in communication. For over a month we have been trying to get ahold of this office. So many messages left and when you do get a human they tell you someone will call back and they never do. If your primary physician refers you here I urge you to ask for somewhere else because this place will not take any promptness to getting you in to be seen.
I have tried to book an appointment for the past two weeks with this group. I was told I needed a referral to be seen. My PCP faxed a referral. I waited a few days and called again. Of course they stated they never received it so I verified their fax number and called my PCP to refax the referral. I called back to left a message that it was relaxed as I was instructed to do so it could be pulled and my appointment could be made. It takes a while to get on the calendar, but the atmosphere here is wonderful. They make you feel comfortable rather than judged—highly recommend Dr. Maddox for anyone who gets a bit anxious at appointments.

Could not have been a better experience! The check in staff was smiling and friendly. The nurse staff was excellent. The Dr great. Just overall wonderful experience if you have to go here. My husband care was superb.
