Trying to get your prescription filled for your child is a joke, no one ever answers the phone or messages back through the portal. Forever wishing I had never given them control of my childs daily meds.
Dr. Tegene is awesome. Great at listening. Highly recommend him.
I am trying to reach Dr. Gascon who treated my son as a patient when she was a physician at Keystone Behavioral Health in Chambersburg. I need documentation from her to help my son’s disability case. She told me she would see my son and help in any way she could at her new location. I called the office and they refuse to relay any information to her because my son is no longer a child. Not a huge fan of this office. The way they handle medication refills is ridiculous, especially considering this is for children and adolescents who need these medications daily to be successful at school. You have to leave a voicemail and they won’t even call you back to let you know they’ve received the request or that they’ve called in the request to your pharmacy.
