Fabulous care and treatment here. The facility itself was also top notch. From reception to the treatment care team, all were both courteous and professional. I came in yesterday for the first time in my life to an urgent care and didn’t know what to expect. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name to mention, but the PA Brian who saw me was exceptional. Thank you so much everyone!
Left waiting without a peep in an exam room for over an hour
All of the drs and staff are amazing and kind. I won't go anywhere else!
Online advertises open until 5:45pm. The graphics on the door say open until 6:00pm. Medical assistant locks the door at 5:35pm claiming that they take their last patient based on the average time it takes a provider to see the patient and then asks me “does that make sense?” No it doesn’t make sense especially since this is not a business that deals in hard goods, but patient care. We’ll see if the Geisinger Business office can get this straightened out. This is the 2nd time I’ve witnessed this.
