Multiple times my pregnant wife with a newborn was stuck in the waiting room full of sick people ONE HOUR AFTER HER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR A BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK! She didnt even need to see a Dr. Just a nurse to check blood pressure. Instead they let her sit in a waiting room with a newborn for over an hour each time. They should be ashamed of themselves!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
I made advance appointment for my daughter at 5:30. We arrive 10 minutes prior to our appointment. My daughter’s name was very first on the list (on the TV says - appointment) NOT WALK IN . There were other people that walked in yet they took them first. I got up and asked the receptionist why they went first ? she said it was situation patience. It took us 2 hrs . I should have paked my dinner here . Unbelievable.
Urgent care staff rude. The nurse and Dr I had were great though. The doctor's office here has always been great for me.
My Cousin Carmen L. came in there Yesterday and The Staff is so Friendly and Robin gets 10 Stars this P.A. is so Kind, Helpful, Knowledgeable and Friendly and even called thr Next Day to Say what He Needed to Do! Thank You So Much!
