Left waiting without a peep in an exam room for over an hour
All of the drs and staff are amazing and kind. I won't go anywhere else!
Online advertises open until 5:45pm. The graphics on the door say open until 6:00pm. Medical assistant locks the door at 5:35pm claiming that they take their last patient based on the average time it takes a provider to see the patient and then asks me “does that make sense?” No it doesn’t make sense especially since this is not a business that deals in hard goods, but patient care. We’ll see if the Geisinger Business office can get this straightened out. This is the 2nd time I’ve witnessed this.
My husband Will NEVER go to you. Why did I call first ,told them what he needed said he would be there before 5. Was told there till 7. Arrived around 4:30. He filled out paper work then was told come back tomorrow!!!!!!
I love this urgent care! Robin, Joann, Theo and the nurses are wonderful and caring individuals. I truly appreciate their service and am thankful they are right down the street from us.
