I believe that the urgent care system needs to re-evaluate their acceptable patient loads since they accept both patients who schedule appointments as well as walk-ins. After today's visit I am highly disgusted with what I have experienced. I had an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I was finally taken back to the exam room where I waited for another hour and 15 minutes.
