I can't thank the staff enough. They were absolutely exceptional. ❤️
My grand daughter was brought in by ambulance, never triaged, just put in a wheel chair and put in the waiting room. The head nurse came to speak with me, very sarcastic and demeaning until she learned I was a 30 year experienced nurse. I asked her to justify why , if there were no beds, the ambulance was not diverted to Danville. She said, they never divert. The ER in there is terrible, between having to sit in the hallway were there are beds with no privacy, the nurses are so rude and not sympathetic. My wife has hyperemisus and can barely walk due to being so weak from throwing up constantly they made her walk to the bathroom instead of getting a wheelchair. It's like going to a 3rd world hospital. Now as for the Labor and delivery we did have good experiences there.
