My girlfriends and I were so excited to come here for girls night out. We're we're going to do karaoke, eat sushi and drink saki bombs aka have a GREAT time. We reserved one of the private karaoke rooms so we could sing all of our favorite songs judgement free. When we arrived and gave our name to the hostess we were escorted to our "karaoke room", there are not enough words to describe this room. Loved the mango sake and chicken lettuce wraps! Only comment I have is that the music was too loud on patio! Overkill! Lol
I come here often, for happy hour, only. Each time something happens. Order mess up, bad service, or order taking a long time. Today, customers asked me if they were open (3:30) I sat them (I don't work here).. Then I asked for a water when the barman (Matt) came back. It still had a very noticeable amount of lipstick on it. He replaced it with a glass that had a good amount of water stains. I don't come here for the service and the sushi is mediocre, but the happy hour prices are great!
I love this place! Great food great vibes! But the service is abosolutely terrible. I waited for over 30mins for my food so I cancelled the order. Then we had split checks and got the checks completely wrong. This is not the first time service was terrible! Its terrible literally every time we go! We liters wait forever! I hope services improve.
