Thank You So Much! – We purchased our garage door from Geis approximately 10 years ago and last week am I glad we did. My wife was leaving early in the morning for work and was running a few minutes behind. Upon exiting the garage she forgot to open the garage door and consequently ran into and damaged the 2 lower sections. I was able to get the door up by hand and get her off to work. HORRIBLE Customer Service and poor quality of product – I was referred to Geis for their reputation. Unfortunately I did not experience anything positive with this company! It started with purchasing a new garage door. My door arrived in about a week, which was great. We setup an appointment to install it; they came out and did the installation.
