On 5/23/23 employee with baggers Pest control didn't inspection on my mobile home for termites. I work order was sent from the office for tent fumigation costing $995. I live in Georgia was able to get to my property in Largo, FL 7/19/23. I saw no droppings, no wings or any indication of termites. I had another company inspect the mobile home on 7/20/23 and they found no evidence of termites.
Horrible customer service. Never will deal with this company again
Had them come out two years ago to tent for massive termite, and bug Infestation of mobile home I just bought.. they were courteous, and on time even help move a couple of things away from trailer I couldn't on my own. Everything was definitely dead or gone when it was done. I have sprayed every six months haven't seen a bug or termite sense. I trust them enough that I renew each year for a small fee.. I was recommended to them through someone in the park that were satisfied, and the reasonable price helped..
This company blocked my alley for over an hour. Refused to move their truck into a driveway at the property so I could go by. Didn't care that I had hired someone to help.me today or that my van does not have working air conditioning. With that kind of customer service would you really want to use them ? What would they do if they had money to lose? Very inconsiderate. The alley is too narrow to allow for going the opposite direction. What a shame...when I met Gary (an owner at the time) I was so impressed by his knowledge and honesty that, when it came time to fumigate the three buildings on my lot, I went with Gieger. They wouldn't let a man get his cat out from under a house before tenting it and ended up killing the cat. The man tried to stop them and get his cat but they wouldn't let him.
