Very poor bedside manner. My mum is elderly and struggles with memory, and there was confusion over her appointment time. I called ahead, apologised, and was told it was fine. When we arrived, the podiatrist was visibly annoyed, huffing and sighing, and made my mum feel uncomfortable for being “late,” even though she only wanted a simple toe file. Watching someone treat an older patient like that was upsetting. If you work in healthcare, compassion matters just as much as skill. We won’t be returning.
Professional foot care but not sure why only certain brands of footwear are recommended. Makes you wonder why not just recommend ‘type and style’ of footwear rather than give you the impression that only the ones he is recommending will do the job.
Had an ingrown toe nail previously treated by 2 other doctors. After one procedure with Mark the problem was resolved and never had an issue since. He was very good at explaining the situation and gave good information to prevent this in the future.
Excellent service received for both my son and myself
